Virtual Cell Clustering With Optimal Resource Allocation to Maximize Capacity

The deployment of small cells in cellular networks increases their overall capacity, however, the proximity to one another also causes significant interference. To reduce interference and increase this work proposes a new resource allocation optimization network management framework for wireless using neighborhood-based rather than fully centralized or decentralized methods. We first utilize hierarchical clustering with minimax linkage criterion forming virtual cells. Once are formed we consider two cooperation models: coordination model coordinated multi-point decoding model. In model, base stations cell decode signals independently but allocate communication resources cooperatively. second same address problem each these models.
